At Pitch Caller, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains our data practices for our mobile application.

1. Data Collection

Pitch Caller is a local utility app. We do not collect, harvest, or share any personal information. Any data you enter into the app—including pitcher names, custom pitch signs, and your pitch history log—is stored exclusively on your physical device. We have no way to access, see, or transmit this data to any external servers.

2. Audio and Microphone Privacy

The app requires certain permissions to provide its core features:

Microphone Access: Used only when you hold the "Hold to Speak" button in the Live Coaching tab. Your voice is processed in real-time and echoed to your connected Bluetooth headset. We never record, save, or upload your voice data.
Bluetooth: Used to transmit voice commands and coaching audio from the app to your earpiece or headset.

3. Local Storage

Your pitcher profiles and custom button configurations are saved locally on your device using standard system storage (SharedPreferences). This data is deleted if you choose to uninstall the application from your device.

4. Text-to-Speech

The app utilizes your device's built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine. Any data processed by the TTS engine is governed by the standard privacy policies of your mobile operating system (Android or iOS).

5. Third-Party Services

Pitch Caller does not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising networks. We do not sell user data to any third parties because we do not have access to it.
